By purchase and use of this ticket, the ticket purchaser/holder (the “holder”) acknowledges and agrees that the organizations comprising Unidas Somos Mas as designated on our website (“Unidas Somos Mas”) and each of its successors, affiliates, and/or agents, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use his or her image, likeness, name, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights and that of any minor accompanying ticket holder in any broadcast, telecast or photograph and/or video and/or audio sound recording taken in connection with this event or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event, for all purposes, without compensation.

The holder voluntarily assumes all risks incident to the event, including the risk of lost, stolen or damaged property or personal injury, as well as risks associated with the purchase of this ticket from anyone other than Unidas Somos Mas or its designated agents. The holder further acknowledges that the event may include sponsors, vendors and/or advertisements (collectively, “vendors”) and that the participation and/or promotion of such vendors prior to, during, or after the event does not constitute an endorsement of such vendors by Unidas Somos Mas. The holder agrees that any actions or transactions with such vendors are at holder’s own risk.

PAID SERVICES

You are responsible for all fees incurred as a result of any and all services performed by Unidas Somos Más on your behalf or at your direction. By opting for paid services, you authorize UnidasSomosMás, and/or its payment processor, to charge all applicable fees to the credit card, debit card, or other payment method you provide, in addition to applicable sales taxes and other taxes. Such fees shall be due and collected in full before the services are rendered. ALL FEES AND CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. THE LATINA PRO RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN THE LATINA PRO’S SOLE DISCRETION, TO CHANGE THE FEES AND CHARGES IN EFFECT, OR TO ADD NEW FEES AND CHARGES, BY POSTING SUCH CHANGES ON THE WEBSITE OR PROVIDING NOTICE TO YOU.

Unidas Somos Mas may eject or refuse entry to the holder for violation of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all security measures. The event ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of Unidas Somos Mas. The terms of this disclaimer are governed by Florida law.
